Is Learvo free?

Yes, Learvo is free.

Why is Learvo's AI more reliable than a chatbot?

Learvo answers only from the materials you upload. If the answer is not in your text, it does not invent one, and it does not fill gaps from the open web. A standard chatbot often does, which is why it can sound right and still be wrong.

Does Learvo cite its sources?

Yes, each claim links to the exact page in your material. That citation trail is the point. You can check the answer against your notes instead of trusting a generated paragraph.

Can Learvo make quizzes and flashcards from my notes?

Yes. Upload your study materials and Learvo converts them into quizzes with instant feedback, flashcards, and audio flashcards you can review on the go.

What are AI hallucinations?

AI hallucinations are inaccuracies in generated content, and occur when an AI confidently gives an answer that isn’t true or grounded in real data. It’s basically the AI “filling in the blanks” with something that sounds right but isn’t. This can lead to fabricated facts or incorrect explanations.

Because Learvo sticks strictly to your content, hallucinations are much less common here than in other AI tools.

Learvo allows you to connect to Google Drive. We also accept PDFs, YouTube Links, and most types of Anki decks (.apkg). You can also upload your own text to convert into quizzes and flashcards.

Mnemonics are memory aids, like acronyms, rhymes, or vivid associations, that make information easier to recall.

Our AI Mnemonic Generator turns your material into acronyms, acrostics, visuals, and even song lyrics that are tailored to your interests.

What is spaced repetition?

Spaced repetition is a learning technique that helps you remember information more effectively by reviewing it at strategic intervals. Instead of cramming, the algorithm is designed to show you flashcards just before you’re about to forget them, strengthening your memory at the optimal moment.

Learvo uses FSRS (Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler) v6.3.0, popularized by Anki. You can use spaced repetition through Learvo’s Repetition Mode.
